Lucid Key Programming in Bloomfield, NJ

Lucid Key Programming in Bloomfield, NJ

Lucid owners use a key fob, a card, or the phone, depending on the model and setup. Typical calls are a lost fob after a trip, a fob that has stopped responding, or a car that does not recognize the phone and has no backup.

Because the cars are new and the maker controls much of the software, we assess each case before we promise a result. We verify ownership, tell you what is realistic, and do the work on-site if it is. See car key replacement.

Lucid Module Programming

A Lucid is managed by software and a small number of powerful computers. If the vehicle itself is the problem, the cure sits with the car, not the key, and we tell you plainly.

Lucid Diagnostics

We check the fob, the phone connection and the vehicle's low-voltage battery, in that order, to find where the problem really is.

What to Expect with a Lucid Visit

Tell us whether you have the Air or the Gravity and what you still have as a key. Keep your registration and ID ready. We explain the job after we look, not before.

Tips for Lucid Owners

Treat the spare fob like a house key: keep it at home, not in the glove box. If the car is in storage, keep its battery maintained.
